We’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions we get. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, just shoot us an email and one of our customer service babes will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

1. I just placed an order, how soon will my order be shipped?

We package your orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. If you’ve ordered on a Friday, your order will be packed the following Monday. Once shipped (standard delivery), expect 5-7 business days to receive your package. We offer quicker shipping services if needed that can be selected at check out. 

*Please note, for pre-orders allow a little more time for dispatch and be sure to check dispatch timelines on the products themselves on our website.

2. My package tracking says "delivered", but I haven't received it.

Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery. If it is still not delivered, there are few steps we suggest taking:

  • Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.
  • Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.
  • Check with neighbors to make sure it wasn't accidentally delivered to incorrect address.

If you have completed all of the above, please visit post carrier website to file a claim and provide our team with this claim number.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. 

3. Can I change/cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes including change of address, size changes, product changes, promo codes, etc.

4. How do I care for my swimsuit?

To keep your swimsuit in pristine condition, please follow our care instructions listed below.

  • Wash your suit in fresh cold water with a gentle detergent as soon as possible after wearing. Gently work the soapy water through the entire suit and make sure to rinse thoroughly in cold water until all soap is gone.
  • Lay your suit flat to dry in the shade and use caution to never ring out the fabric or hang it, which could cause stretching and wear. 
  • Never wash your suit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle. 
  • Sunscreen, tanning oils, chlorine, and hot tubs, can cause extreme damage and discolor suits, so we recommend to be cautious of wearing your suit with these. In addition, any rough surface can cause pulling and snagging of the delicate fabric.

We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.

5. Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.
