RETURN POLICY

Email orders@valliereswim.com to start the return process:

  • We accept returns in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged. 
  • Returned items must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
  • All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide.
  • Items marked final sale or any discounted items over 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning their items. If using provided label, a $10 return handling and shipping fee will be deducted from credit amount. International return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Vallière Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or open a claim.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

 

Once return is received please allow 4-5 business days for refund processing.

 

SHIPPING

We package your orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. If you’ve ordered on a Friday, your order will be packed the following Monday. Once shipped (standard delivery), expect 5-7 business days to receive your package. We offer quicker shipping services if needed that can be selected at check out. 

*Please note, for pre-orders allow a little more time for dispatch and be sure to check dispatch timelines on the products themselves on our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.
